His range spans QSR, fast casual, and frozen dessert categories.

With more than 20 years of franchise development experience, Sarah has been a frontline producer across some of the most recognized brands in the industry. At Menchie's, she has personally closed 53 franchise agreements over four years, managing the full lifecycle from candidate sourcing through agreement execution. Her background spans frozen desserts, juice, pizza, QSR, and business services.

Coleman brings 10+ years of experience in franchise development and business operations, with a background spanning lead generation, franchisee recruitment, CRM management, and marketing strategy. He has supported franchise development for multiple national brands simultaneously, managing the full pipeline from initial contact through store opening.

With over two decades of experience turning emerging concepts into scalable, sustainable brands, Chris draws from his background as a multi-unit owner, restauranteur, area developer, franchise executive, and growth strategist. His approach centers on strategic brand positioning, franchise sales systems, lead generation, and operational frameworks that move brands from early traction to global expansion.
